		The Smile Train Online Cleft Library This medical cleft library includes many free articles from the Annals of Plastic Surgery (24 articles free), The Cleft Palate Craniofacial journal (771 articles free), Journal of Craniofacial Surgery (32 articles free), The Smile Train Medical Advisory Board Selected Readings.
		The Cochrane Library The Cochrane Library is a collection of seven separate databases. Five of these provide coverage of evidence-based medicine, and the other two provide information on research methodology. 		Health InterNetwork The Health InterNetwork Access to Research Initiative provides free access and links to online journals and research resources for those in developing countries. Journals include the British Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery (vol. 22-42), British Journal of Plastic Surgery (Vol. 57-48), Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (Vol. 62-53), and the Journal of Orthodontics (1973-2004).
