There are currently no parents' associations/support groups in Latvia. However, there are specialized kindergartens for children with cleft lip and/or palate in Riga. Children from outside Riga can also arrange to attend these kindergartens for short periods and see the specialized nurses, speech pathologists and orthodontists who work within them.
