SOFT provides support for families affected by Patau's Syndrome (Trisomy 13), Edwards' Syndroms (Trisomy 18), partial trisomy, mosiacism, rings, translocation, deletion, and related disorders. SOFT provides support and information for familes after a prenatal diagnosis, with newly diagnosed babies, caring for surviving children, experiencing the loss of a child, wanting another child.
