All but the last were agreed by a process of consultation amongst the national representatives of the Eurocleft Clinical Network, via a series of short peronal interviews prior to consensus workshops held in Manchester during 1998 and 1999. Recommendations for Record Taking Methodology continue to be discussed, however the guidelines which appear below provide a suggestion that is currently being used widely in Europe.
